Harumi-dori Street in Autumn

The Ginkgo leaves along the street had started to change color at that time.

Kawazu-zakura Cherry Blossoms and Tokyo Skytree



There are two Kawazu-zakura cherry trees by a small bridge which is near Tokyo Skytree station.
Kawazu-zakura is a variety of early-blooming cherry blossoms.
Those blossoms got in full bloom earlier than I expected, because this winter is warmer than usual.

Early-blooming Cherry Blossoms at Ebara Shrine



Ebara shrine is a Shinto shrine located Kita-Shinagawa, Shinagawa-ward.
Two Hikan-zakura, a variety of early-blooming cherry tree, are planted at the shrine.
When I visited there yesterday, those were almost in full bloom.

Tunnel of Japanese Bush Clover at Mukojima Hyakkaen Gardens




Mukojima Hyakkaen is a Tokyo metropolitan garden located in Higashi-mukojima, Sumida ward.
The word "Hyakkaen" literally means a garden with one hundred flowers.
I went to the garden to enjoy autumn flowers three days before.
When I visited there, the most popular spot at the garden was the tunnel of Japanese bush clover.

Kumogata Pond in Fresh Green Colors




This pond is located in southwest part of Hibiya park.

Hongo-dori Street near Hijiri-bashi Bridge



View from the northern end of Hijiri-bashi bridge.
Those ginkgo trees along the street have fresh green leaves.
You can see a roofed wall of Yushima-Seido along the right side of the street.

Japanese Wax Tree at Kiyosumi Gardens



I took this photo five days ago.
Usually, color of leaves on that tree change to deep red in middle of November, but some green leaves still remained on that time.
I suppose it was affected by big typhoons visited here in Tokyo in this summer.

Ninomaru Pond in Early May




The Pond at the Ninomaru Garden in the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace.
Hyacinth orchids by the pond are in bloom, and the aquatic plants on the water have started producing tiny yellow flowers.

Ueno Park is one of the most popular cherry blossoms viewing spot in Tokyo, and Ueno Toshogu Shrine located in the park is crowded in the cherry blossoms season.
There are many food stalls along the shrine approach in the season.

Tokyo Bunka Kaikan is a cocert hall for classical music located in Ueno park.
I took this photo today.
I think almost ginkgo trees in the park still have green leaves, but leaves of that ginkgo tree have already changed color.

Marunouchi Naka-dori Street in Drizzle



In drizzle, trees on the street look more vivid, and the stone pavement look more beautiful.

Marunouchi Nka-dori street is the main street in Marunouchi district.

When you go through the main gate of Shibamata Taishakuten temple, you will see the temple hall named Taishakudo infront of you.
There is a large Japanese black pine tree by the hall.

Nyutoku-mon Gate with Autumn leaves

Nyutoku-mon Gate is the only wooden architecture in Yushima-Seido that is a Confucian temple located in Yushima district, Bunkyo ward.
This gate was built 1704 and still remains.
In late Autumn trees by the gate have colorful leaves.

"Meiji Seimei Kan"(Meiji life insurance  building) is a building located in Marunouchi.
It was built in 1934 and designated as a national important cultural property in 1997.
