Nikolai-do Cathedral from Hongo-dori Street

Nikolai-do (Holy Resurrection Cathedral in Tokyo) is a  cathedral of the Orthodox Church built in the Byzantine revival style.
The cathedral is located in Kanda-Surugadai, Chiyoda ward.

Hongo-dori Street from Hijiri-bashi Bridge

Southern end of Hijiri-bashi Bridge is next to an exit of Ochanomizu train station, and it is close to Nikolai-do ( Holy Resurrection Cathedral in Tokyo).
You can see top of the cathedral's dome in this photo.

Hijiri-bashi Bridge

Hijiri-bashi is a bridge over Kanda-gawa River, and it connects two districts, Yushima and Surugadai.
I took this photo at northern end of the bridge.

Aioi-zaka Slope (Bunkyo ward)

This is a view of Aioi-zaka Slope from Hijiri-bashi Bridge.
The slope is on Sotobori-dori Street.
Along the slope, there is a  a roofed mud wall of Yushima-Seido.
If you go down the slope, you will be close to the  Akihabara Electric Town.

A Path at Yushima-Seido

Yushima-Seido is surrounded by a rammed earth wall.
This is a view of a path along the wall.
When I visited there , leaves of that tree had started changing color.

Taiseiden

Taiseiden is the main building of Yushima-Seido.
Yushima-Seido is a Confucian temple located in Yushima district, Bunkyo ward, and it is also a historical site of a school established  by Tokugawa Shogunate in Edo period.
